Dragonflies and Light

I've been "playing" with new materials and new ideas for spring and summer. This little brass dragonfly bugged me for about a year until she landed on this abalone bead. For now she sits on my work table while I work on other projects and finish other pieces. Hopefully it will not be another year before I find the pieces to accompany her.

Yes, it's been a while... not that there's much going on here. I'm working on it. I'm not very disciplined about stuff, but I guess you've caught on to that by now.
